Inclusion
- Osteoarthritis diagnosed by MRI
- End stage osteoarthritis candidate for total ankle replacement
Exclusion
- Pregnancy or lactating
- Positive tests for HIV, HCV, HBV
- Active neurologic disorder
- End organ damage
- Uncontrolled endocrine disorder
