Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- \>= 19 years of age
- undergoing planned cardiac catheterization
Exclusion
- \< 19 years of age
- acute coronary syndrome
- decompensated heart failure
- not in sinus rhythm
- \> mild MR
- hypertensive urgency/emergency
- severe aortic stenosis
- poor echo windows for Doppler imaging
