Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • A minimum of half-time work for at least one year
  • musculoskeletal pain complaints
  • agreement to participate in the interventional study.

Exclusion

  • Male nurses
  • nurses with previously defined job restrictions and
  • pregnancy
