- Inclusion criteria:
- \- Females aged 20-30
- Exclusion criteria:
- A history of any upper extremity injury or disorder in the non-dominant arm
- A history of any neurologic or bleeding disorder, or taking blood-thinning medication.
- Presence of Linbug-Comstock syndrome
