Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- pulmonary function: FEV1 \< 45 %, RV \> 150 %, TLC \> 100 %
- heterogeneous emphysema
Exclusion
- homogeneous emphysema
- significant bronchiectasis
- severe concomitant diseases
- pregnancy
