Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Health service staff and employee in the Region of Southern Denmark.
  • Tendency to depressive symptoms in the winter season SPAQ\>7.

Exclusion

  • clinical diagnosis sarcoidoses
  • tuberculosis
  • bipolar affective disorder
  • schizophrenia
  • hypercalcemia
  • hyperphosphatemia
  • pregnancy
  • hyperparathyroidism
  • reduced kidney function
