Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients fulfilling standard criteria for CRT
- Ischaemic or non-ischaemic heart failure
Exclusion
- Contraindication to pressure wire assessment including:
- Severe aortic valve disease
- Mechanical aortic valve replacement
- Severe peripheral vascular disease
- LV thrombus
