Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age: 18 - 80 years
- voluntary participation in an expedition to Mount Kilimanjaro
Exclusion
- obstructive or restrictive respiratory disorder
- hemodynamic relevant cardiac defect
- sleep disorder
