- DISEASE CHARACTERISTICS:
- 10 ARMS and 10 ERMS frozen samples will be collected from the COG bank via the Cooperative Human Tissue Network (CHTN)
- Human skeletal myoblasts (ZenBio, Research Triangle Park, NC) will serve as controls
