Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients admitted for heart failure
- \> 18 years old
- Malnutrition determined by MNA test (\< 17 points)
Exclusion
- If is not possible to perform a nutritional assessment
- Planned PCI or CABG to correct heart failure etiology
