Inclusion

  • premenopausal,
  • nonpregnant,
  • nonlactating,
  • overweight and obese women

Exclusion

  • classical 21-hydroxylase deficiency,
  • hyperprolactinemia,
  • adrenal or ovarian tumor and Cushing's disease
