  • Ability to exercise
  • written consent

Exclusion

  • Inability to exercise
  • Known ischemic cardiovascular disease
  • Severe pulmonary disease
  • High activity level
  • Pregnancy
  • drug/alcohol abuse
  • Unstable RA
  • diagnosis before 2000
