- inclusion criteria:
- 18-65 years old
- chronic HBV infection
- HBeAg positive,HBV DNA more than 10E5 IU/mL
- ALT ≥2×UTL
- exclusion criteria:
- with liver cancer
- with liver failure
- pregnant
