Inclusion
- medial fracture of the femural neck
- surgical treatment (hip replacement)
Exclusion
- Polytrauma
- pathologic fracture
- conservative treatment
- soft tissue damage
- delay of surgery more than 3 days
- Immune default
- polytrauma
