Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Mild to Moderate Knee Osteoarthritis

Exclusion

  • BMI \<20 kg/m2 and ≥45 kg/m2
  • Knee varus malalignment
  • Participation in formal strength training for more than 30 min/week in the past 6 months.
