Inclusion
- diagnosis and treatment of unruptured intracranial aneurysm
- age ≥ 18 yrs
- written informed consent by patients prior to study participation
- willingness to participate in follow-up
Exclusion
- ruptured intracranial aneurysm
- contraindication for MRI
- Participation in an intervention-/AMG-study
