Inclusion

  • Patients with symptomatic chondral lesions of the knee

Exclusion

  • Inflammatory arthritis
  • Septic arthritis
  • Total meniscectomy
  • Previous microfracture at chondral lesions
  • Paget
  • Ochronosis
  • Acromegalia
