Inclusion
- Patients with symptomatic chondral lesions of the knee
Exclusion
- Inflammatory arthritis
- Septic arthritis
- Total meniscectomy
- Previous microfracture at chondral lesions
- Paget
- Ochronosis
- Acromegalia
