Inclusion
- No regular medication including vitamins/antioxidants
- Able to provide informed consent
Exclusion
- Inability to perform breath-hold test
- Any known cardiovascular disease, diabetes, throid disease, high blood pressure, hyperlipidaemia or pregnancy
