Inclusion

  • patients presenting for DXA
  • age 50 years of age or older

Exclusion

  • non-English speakers
  • prisoners
  • people who have mental disabilities
  • individuals younger than age 50 years
  • individuals who do not have access to a telephone
  • deaf patients
