Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients with resistant hypertension and moderate-severe obstructive sleep apnea syndrome
Exclusion
- Older than 80 years
- Pregnant women
- Non-adherent to anti-hypertensive treatment
- Severe cognitive deficits
