Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients diagnosed as avascular necrosis of hip and undergoing total hip replacement arthroplasty
Exclusion
- hematologic disease
- anticoagulant medication
- preoperative hemoglobin \< 10 g/dl
- renal disease
- pulmonary disease (pulmonary edema, effusion)
- cardiovascular disease (coronary heart disease, congestive heart failure)
