Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • 10 years of age or older
  • offered Rectal Suction biopsy

Exclusion

  • any contraindication to general anesthesia or conscious sedation
  • contraindication to endoscopy
  • untreated or unmanageable coagulopathy
  • thrombocytopenia (\<50)
  • inability to provide informed consent.
