Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- PTSD diagnosis
- if taking psychotropic medication, on stable dose for 2 months
- Ability to read and write in English
Exclusion
- not currently engaged in active PTSD treatment
- no current diagnosis of substance dependence
- no current diagnosis of psychosis
