Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- 30-49 years old
- access to e-mail and internet
- a low or very low VO2max
Exclusion
- health problems preventing participation
- on medication with a beta-blocker
- pregnancy
- alcoholism
- unable to communicate with the staff.
