Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • 30-49 years old
  • access to e-mail and internet
  • a low or very low VO2max

Exclusion

  • health problems preventing participation
  • on medication with a beta-blocker
  • pregnancy
  • alcoholism
  • unable to communicate with the staff.
