Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Hemodynamic instability in:
- septic shock
- pneumonia
- polytrauma
- chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
- heart failure
- post operative cardiosurgical patients
Exclusion
- Atrial fibrillation
- Pacemaker or implantable cardiac defibrillator
- Aortic or mitral valve disease
- Intra-aortic balloon pump
