Inclusion
- Congenital bilateral ear prominence
- 10 years-old or older
- No previous attempt of surgical treatment
Exclusion
- Pregnant women
- Breastfeeding women
- Blod clotting disorders or current anticoagulant use
- Uncontrolled systemic diseases
