Inclusion
- documented familial hypercholesterolemia
- age 18-60 years
- on statin treatment for at least 12 months
Exclusion
- pregnancy or planned pregnancy
- breast feeding
- cancer
- non-compliance
- PUFA/omega-3 \< 3 months before inclusion
