- Rotator cuff tears
- Patients given written informed consent
- BMI ≤ 33
Exclusion
- Age \> 65, \< 18
- previous surgical intervention
- Informed consent not accepted
- Serious comorbidity
- Diabetes
- Metabolic Disorders
- Active infections
- Muscular Atrophy
- Biceps Tenodesis
