Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • participation in recreational resistance training
  • consumption of a high-protein diet (≥ 1.2 g/Kg/d)

Exclusion

  • vegetarian diet
  • use of creatine supplements in the past 6 months
  • chronic kidney disease
  • use of anabolic steroids.
