Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- participation in recreational resistance training
- consumption of a high-protein diet (≥ 1.2 g/Kg/d)
Exclusion
- vegetarian diet
- use of creatine supplements in the past 6 months
- chronic kidney disease
- use of anabolic steroids.
