Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- A diagnosis of idiopathic Parkinson's disease or essential tremor
- Ability to provide informed consent
Exclusion
- Claustrophobia or other conditions that prevent undergoing MR imaging
- MMSE score \< 23
- Significant neurological diagnosis other than PD or ET.
- Idiopathic dystonia
