Inclusion
- MUST BE ACTIVE DUTY ARMY SOLDIERS ENROLLED IN SPECIAL FORCES TRAINING AT US ARMY SERE SCHOOL
- Fluent in English (non-native English speakers can be enrolled)
Exclusion
- Allergy to dairy products
- blood donation within 8 weeks of study start
