Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- less than 28 days neonates hospitalised in neonatology care unit presenting rectal bledding and/or abdominal distension
- signed authorization by the parents (consent form)
Exclusion
- \- cutaneous lesions in the regions of monitoring
- emergency for NEC
