Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Symptomatic heart failure (NYHA functional classes II, III or IV)
- Reduced left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) \<35%
- Guideline-recommended drug therapy
Exclusion
- Patient refuses study participation
- Life expectancy presumably \<1 year
- Pregnancy
