Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients \>70 years (elderly cohort)
- Patients with diabetes mellitus (diabetes cohort)
- Patients with heart failure (heart failure cohort)
- Patients with resistant hypertension (resistant hypertension cohort)
Exclusion
- Patient refuses study participation
- Severe renal failure
- Reduced life expectancy
