Inclusion

  • Single gestation;
  • Chinese natives or non-Chinese citizen of Chinese ancestry;
  • 15-20+6 weeks of gestation;
  • be able to accept follow-ups of the pregnancy outcome;
  • healthy, without other major or chronic diseases;
