This is a cohort prospective observational study that will include adult patients admitted to a multidisciplinary ICU of a tertiary hospital.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Adult patients admitted to the ICU
- severe sepsis and septic shock
Exclusion
- Children
- Pregnant.
