Inclusion

  • Healthy volunteers;
  • 20 to 40 years;
  • BMI between 18.0 and 29.9 kg/m2.

Exclusion

  • Use of dietary supplements;
  • Smoker;
  • Alcoholic;
  • Under medication;
  • History of chronic disease
