Inclusion
- Healthy volunteers;
- 20 to 40 years;
- BMI between 18.0 and 29.9 kg/m2.
Exclusion
- Use of dietary supplements;
- Smoker;
- Alcoholic;
- Under medication;
- History of chronic disease
