Inclusion
- ASA class I or II
- age 20\~70
- patients undergoing total laparoscopic hysterectomy
Exclusion
- history of shoulder surgery
- coagulopathy
- infection or trauma of shoulder
- general inflammation
- allergy to local anesthetics
