Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Inclusion criteria:
- planned defect reconstruction with free flap and preoperative hematocrit of 28% or below
- Exclusion criteria:
- coagulation disorder
- Jehovah's witness
- iodine allergy
- renal or hepatic insufficiency
