Inclusion

  • age \>= 18 years
  • informed consent
  • acute stroke or intracranial bleeding
  • therapy with a new oral anticoagulant (Dabigatran®, Rivaroxaban®, Apixaban®, Edoxaban®)

  • missing informed consent
