Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- recurrence of a primary pneumothorax
- persistent primary pneumothorax
- patient preference (in primary events)
Exclusion
- presence of a pulmonal fistula
- underlying lung disease
- previous thoracic surgery (except tube thoracostomy)
- previous pleurodesis
- conversion thoracotomy
