Brief Summary
Soaking meshes in a vancomycin solution just prior to their use in open hernia repairs will decrease rates of mesh infection

Inclusion
- open ventral or inguinal hernia repair
Exclusion
- laparoscopic hernia repair
- non ventral or inguinal hernia repairs
