Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Age \> 20 years
  • The presence of an unresectable malignant biliary obstruction
  • Failed conventional ERCP stenting

Exclusion

  • Age \< 20 years
  • An inability to sedate the patient due to advanced heart or pulmonary diseases
  • A lack of informed consent
