Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age \> 20 years
- The presence of an unresectable malignant biliary obstruction
- Failed conventional ERCP stenting
Exclusion
- Age \< 20 years
- An inability to sedate the patient due to advanced heart or pulmonary diseases
- A lack of informed consent
