Inclusion

  • Patients scheduled for abdominoplasty combined with flank liposuction

Exclusion

  • Allergy to local anesthetics or clonidine
  • Coagulation disorders
  • History of chronic pain
  • Alcohol or drugs dependance
  • Refusal of the patients
