Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Aged 20 to 80 years osteoarthritis patients undergoing total knee replacement under spinal anesthesia, and who receiving postoperative epidural PCA

Exclusion

  • refusal
  • coagulopathy
  • neurologic deficit
  • preoperative opioids medication
  • recent analgesics change
