Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • All grafts perfused by extraction for liver transplantation.

Exclusion

  • \< 18 years
  • Allergy to NAC
  • Grafts considered invalid for liver transplantation after perfusion
  • Hepatitis fulminant
  • Retransplantation
  • Split
  • \> 10 hours of cold ischemia
  • Patients with asthma
