Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Unpremedicated
  • American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) I-II the patients
  • Major depressions patients scheduled for ECT sessions

Exclusion

  • pregnant
  • with permanent pacemakers,
  • diabetes mellitus,
  • atrial fibrillation,
  • electrolyte imbalance,
  • patients taking antiarrhythmics and β-blockers.
