Inclusion

  • Outpatient rhinoplasty
  • American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-II
  • Affiliated to Social Security
  • Written informed consent

Exclusion

  • Allergy to levobupivacaine
  • Incapacity to give consent
  • Chronic pain
