Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • keratoconus with a central corneal thickness (CCT) over 400µm,
  • poor corrected visual acuity (≤0.4 at Snellen visual acuity charts),
  • contact lens intolerance

Exclusion

  • apical scarring,
  • ocular or systemic problem other than keratoconus
