- Inclusion criteria:
- PKU (Phenylketonuria) or hyperphenylalaninemia
- male or female, minimum age 16y
- signed informed consent
- Exclusion criteria:
- \- patient who can not comply with the study protocol (e.g. unable to fill in questionnaires by themselves or a representative)
